Part 2: Dealing with Unresponsive & Passive Types©

Are there people whose indecision puts others in a time crunch? Are there certain people who love to complain, but don't contribute to solving the problems? Or are there nice employees who make big promises, but don't deliver? Unresponsive and passive behaviors in people can be exasperating to work with. But, there are also ways to communicate with them that can result in a win-win situation.

Participants will learn:

  • Why unresponsive and passive people act the way they do
  • Effective use of pauses and silence to draw out unresponsive types
  • Ways to channel energy of negativists and complainers into positive problem solving
  • Techniques to keep our own communication clear and upbeat no matter what the mood of those around us!
