Enron's Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling, WorldCom's Bernard Ebbers, and, Tyson Food's Don Tyson and John Tyson have become household names as a result of their unethical and illegal business practices.

With so many business "leaders" in key position failing to operate from a place of integrity, it is no wonder that people in other positions in organizations find it challenging to work with integrity, or to even have a clear sense of what it means.
