Getting to the Heart of Organizational Change©

To produce effective, long lasting change within organizations requires that they recognize and then act on the issues that are key to their future success. Using thoughtful and heart felt inquiry, we realistically assess the current situation in terms of the organization's collective journey, and the stages of development of the individuals involved in the change effort. We assist them in developing a values-based orientation in their approach to everything they do. We then focus the organization's change effort around those values and develop the action plan that will fulfill their mission.

We help facilitate this process by:

Working with the organizational leaders to develop and communicate a clear vision for the organization
Helping the organization clearly and succinctly state its values
Asking deep questions that identify the key stumbling blocks within the organization that consciously or unconsciously maintain the status quo
Developing strategies to break free of stagnant thinking patterns
Discovering and tapping into the innate talents and strengths of employees to create an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit within the organization
Developing a commitment throughout the organization to the "triple bottom line", which means social, ecological, and financial sustainability
