Richard has over 35 years of experience working in state government and private industry. He managed several state programs including White Collar Crime Investigations and the New Motor Vehicle Lemon Law Program for the State of Washington. He brings a wealth of expertise in management, customer service, the auto industry, the insurance industry, and the legal profession. He is a big picture thinker who is able to help others see their patterns of interpersonal dynamics. His extensive management and leadership experience has given him hands on expertise in facilitating system change and effective scenario planning.

Richard has a BA in Education from Central Washington University with an emphasis in History and Psychology. His national experience includes being a Board Member and Past President of the National Association of Consumer Protection Investigators (NACPI) and a National Board Member of the Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

His work experience and personal growth work have helped him hone his power of discernment and intuitive skills. He now applies this expertise to help others look for the clues to their physical, mental, and spiritual well being. He brings an eclectic mix of body mind integration to his work with individuals and organizations.
