Nina Fishman is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, and training expert, who helps individuals and organizations achieve significant and lasting change.

Nina's 18 years of experience includes running strategic change retreats, facilitating total quality improvement, and developing internal consultants who can fine-tune results. Her focus is to help leaders create strong, integrated cultures that emphasize open communication, trust, and respect for all individuals.

She has a Masters Degree in Education and an Advanced Certificate in Organizational Systems from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is qualified in both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator, as well as a 360 degree feedback instrument from the Center for Creative Leadership.
