Mike Richardson specializes in the strategy, execution and traction challenges of small-to-medium sized and fast-moving businesses. Mike is also a Chair with Vistage International, with 4 groups and more than 60 members (CEOs, Executives and Professional Service Providers) from a wide diversity of industries and businesses. He also frequently speaks to other groups of CEOs and Executives about fulfilling their role “in the driving seat” of organizational agility.

Mike's leadership journey started on oil and gas drilling rigs, working for Shell International. He then obtained an MBA at London Business School and moved into the Aerospace industry. Mike was responsible for leading Spirent plc's Aerospace Solutions division to a world leading position in integrated systems. He has extensive international experience, working with all levels of executives and managers of some of the world s largest organizations, strategy consultants and integrated systems/solutions providers. He has run businesses ranging from electronics to enterprise-software with experience of turnarounds, acquisitions and disposals.

Mike is British and has lived in the UK, Holland, Canada and has now settled in Carlsbad, California. with his wife and two boys.
