Dr. Mark Weaver has been a pioneer in learning and behavior change approaches as a clinical psychologist, medical school faculty member, and Founder & Director of the Experiential Learning Institute . He is former president of the Axis Group, an Organizational Development firm to businesses ranging from Fortune 500 to small, not-for-profit groups. He is the author of "The Deep Story of Change."

As director of a combat veteran's special treatment unit for the U.S. federal government, Mark listened to hundreds of stories from returned warriors. He has also participated in many story circles and rituals with Native American shamans. Fourteen years as an organizational consultant with fortune 500 companies and small, not-for-profits led Mark to see the embedded, deep stories obstructing change in business and society. He is now passionately dedicated to helping others creatively voice our new stories through educational and personal media service offerings.
