With a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology, Marion Moss Hubbard specializes in the dynamics of personal and workplace change. She has over 30 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to strengthen resiliency, promote leadership at every level, and develop strategies to fulfill their mission with greater clarity and ease.

She has a breadth of experience in working with organizations including federal, state and local government, non-profit organizations, social service agencies, unions, entrepreneurs, start-up companies, large corporations, legal and hi-tech fields, and customer service. She has helped organizations synthesize complex information across systems and develop strategies to effectively address the people issues involved in improving systems.

Marion presents to organizational groups

Marion also coaches individuals who are committed to personal growth and their process of change. Her focus is on to help them more fully develop their natural internal wisdom. She draws on a variety of modalities to assist people deprogram old belief patterns, clear past traumas, and release energy blocks that keep them from fulfilling their goals and vision. She has conducted hundreds of keynote presentations, training classes and workshops on professional and personal development topics and leadership training.

She received her Bachelor of Science with honors in Advertising Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters and Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology from the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS).
