Eric teaches leadership and coaching programs at San Diego State University and Cal State San Marcos. Eric holds a BA in International Business and graduate education in Clinical Psychology. He is an Executive Coach, Certified Management Consultant, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Scuba Diving Instructor.
