Catherine Cleary is an international organization development and transformation consultant. She has over twenty years of experience specializing in working with complex change within and across organizations in both the public and the private sectors. She has a proven track record in spearheading successful groundbreaking ventures, aligning disparate goals and advising top-level executives. She is a catalyst for change with the ability to resolve conflict and effect positive outcomes.

Catherine has strategized with top management to create highly innovative programs forging new partnerships. These efforts have generated millions of dollars of revenue by effectively challenging existing policies, practices, and procedures.

Catherine has worked with all levels of organizations from the top to the bottom, ranging from high-level executives to union represented field workers. She has worked with very diverse clients and stakeholders, involving them in creating strategies to address the complex issues we face in today's rapidly changing world.

She has provided consulting to individuals and organizations in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union during the turbulent time of the breakdown of the structures governing that part of the world.
